Realization
An accident is all it takes for me to realize that my parents are getting old. Life had not always been smooth and I really thanked them for being my pillar of strength all these years.
Now, its time for me to be their pillar of strength.
I know its not going to be easy. And the me of the past, would have already broken down in tears with the series of events that followed since yesterday. But somehow, tears did not threaten to flow from my face this time.
Perhaps this is all about growing up...

yummy waffle...plus my 101 things to complete.
Ops...its been about one month since I've last blogged. Life have been hectic everyday and I've almost 101 things on my hands to complete. Okay, I may have been exaggerating but I'm indeed way behind lots of things... Like the photos to develop, new year clothes to buy, books to return(which are long overdue), my room to clean...urgh. Thinking bout it gives me a headache!
Anyway, went for a quick shopping after work today and I happen to pass by this nice tiny shop selling waffles, so we sat down for a quick bite. :)
It's quite tasty, actually. The waffle was crispy, going well with the ice-cream. The 'waffleman' is also a funny person, that makes your stay at the tiny cafe enjoyable.
Only regret? I didnt ordered the triple chocolate ice cream flavour. LOL.Labels: food, misc
