i love canto-pop!

Watching Dicey Business now. Its quite an inspiring drama...of course, not counting the gambling part. LOL. Bobby in the drama was down and out for 20 years before pickig himself up. whew..imagine wasting away 20 years of your life!

Anyway, Hacken sung for Dicey's themesong and I love his voice as usual. Powerful voice and the lyrics was nice.

Another themesong...for Le Femme Desperado. The MV isnt that nice. But Miriam's voice is!

I'm back to reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. :) Hope Rowling would hurry up with the encyclopedia!

About Book7...

RRRRight! Some points to ponder about on the final and last book of Harry Potter before it finally arrives:

NOTE: words in white may contain spoilers for Book7 and is written on 22/07/07

1. WHO is R.A.B?
Well, my first guess is Regulus Black, Sirius's brother and this person is still my guess. :P Firstly, the initials do match. After reading thru some fansites i did gathered some clues too. The most important (to me) is probably that Harry and co actually discovered a heavy locket that couldnt be open when cleaning out the Order's HQ. Also, only Lord Voldemont's servants addressed him as the 'Dark Lord'. So this RAB person is most probably a death eater. Which kind of fits since Regulus did joined the dark side and was then killed. But of course, knowing JK Rowling's style of writing, I dont have the guts to bet 100% RAB is definitely Regulus.

Correct guess. (^_^) But i really never expected Kreacher to be involved...and Regulus to be so great...

2. Is Sirius and Dumbledore really dead?
Definitely for Dumbledore, since he did said that no magic can ever bring the dead back and his protrait was on the walls of the headmaster's room. But Sirius... I was 100% sure he's dead and not coming back...but in the movie5 (which was actually quite bad, kind of) Luna said that 'things that u lost has a way of coming back to you' which i wonder if it applies to Sirius.

Wrong! No magic can ever bring the dead alive. Period.

3. the Hog's Head barman and Order of the Phoenix...
Some net sources did stated that the Hog's Head barman is actually Dumbledore's brother, Aberforth. Well, this kind of make some sense since he was always describe as 'tall and thin' and also 'vaguely familiar' to harry. Now that Dumbledore is dead, perhaps he might come out to head the Order??

Hehe...Correct again. But he sure is as different he is from his brother in some ways.

4. Petter Pettigrew
Sis's re-reading of book3 remind me what Dumbledore said bout Harry saving Peter; ' that when a wizard saves another, he forms a bond with him..'. Peter in book4 did tried to stop Lord Voldy (i'm lazy to type his full name) from using Harry in his revive. So my guess is that Peter might try to save Harry..and die in the attempt.

I guess i'm correct in a way. Shouldnt say more.

5. Severus Snape
That he is a good guy, really...:P

He's not a good guy, but a GREAT wizard. With a touching story to share too.

Yep...I finished the book in about a day. The story just kept going that it was almost impossible to put the book down. It was a good ending. JK Rowling is a good writer...thou i'm kind of shocked by the deaths of most of the characters in the story.

well, there should be more...will continue if i have the time and mood for writing. of course, if book7 yet arrives!

about saving Mother Earth

Mua-ha-ha... after a long period of finding locally and overseas I finally bought a carrier for my darling!!! Rushed all the way down to Vivo yesterday when i heard Mother Garden was having a sale. and yep, I bought the clover dog carrier at a VERY good price. hee. i even gotten a Pooh shirt as well for him coz its was selling cheap, REAL cheap.

My legs nearly broke from finding a atm machine at the mall. went all the way down to basement, asked security guards before i could find my needed atm. plus i even got lost inside vivo again! apparently not ALL escalators bring shoppers down to basement 2.

And the worst of all?? Dad told me at night then my atm card could actually be used for NETS transaction! What a goon i am! haha. Ok, i'm bad at cash-less transaction.

Ok, at least all this energy lost by me could be easily replenished by eating. :P but this is NOT the case for our Earth's precious resources! Turned off switches whenever possible and blah blah. Nope, i didnt get this relevation after watching the duh! Live Earth (or whatever it is called) concert but instead from my recent visit to the ZOO. hehe.

Talking bout the concert...Geez. What a contradictory campaign. On one hand they tell us to save the Earth while on the other hand, they themselves are wasting energy!

Imagine! 24hrs of non-stop singing! the energy wasted in generating electricity plus the people who tuned in to the concerts. All this energy could have be put to better use elsewhere. not forgetting the rubbish that the audience produced after the concert...:(

ok, confession: I did watched the concert for a short while...but find the short clips more interesting than singing...hehe. maybe it might be better next time they showed 24hrs of the clips instead of getting rock stars to sing.
