2nd new skin..hehe

hehe...new blogskin again! (^_^) realised that for the previous skin, the space between the other information and my entries were too close together and made reading kind of difficult. so...change! hehe...nice skin...:P

meet pl for lunch at the east coast hk cafe just now. but alas, pl arrived first and found out that the cafe is only open for business in the late afternoon! :( so we had lunch at a newly opened cafe further down the road. the ambience for the cafe was nice..no one else was lunching there except us and it feels like the both of had the whole cafe booked...hehe. the food was ok..but way too little selection! and the both of us had to order the same thing...

as usual we had so much to tell each other. she told me bout her trip to hk disneyland. made me really yearn for a trip...but...but, could only make it earliest next year. :( pl had to go back straight after lunch. so we parted and i came back to tampines. went to a petshop to buy latex bands for lucky...100pieces for $10 (O_o) wonder if i'm being ripped... the mm at the shop were absoluted SWEET! (^_^) ok, all puppies are sweet, maybe that's why some got abandoned after they outgrown their 'sweet and cute' look...:(

and i've 'booked' irene and aishah for xmas lunch! hehe...last year was fun! hope irene can make it this year so it'll be double the fun!

new skin!!

yeah! new skin again! (^_^) been doing some blog surfing yesterday and today and found some really good blogs too. and the best have to be those blogs bout cooking! with recipes plus photos. i could go hungry just looking at the photos! there's one which posted her baking recipes and experience for both her hubby and dogs. ewww! i went hungry just looking at the pics she posted. :P

how i wish i have a oven..so i could bake, bake, bake! cheesecake and doggie treats! :( oh yes, there doesnt seems to be a place for a oven in our kitchen...bleah...

there's something wrong with me these few days...i'm always hungry. guess it might be another case of gastri flu...urgh. i'm always prone to virus...

kind of broke again...:( wonder when can my 'investment' fall thru...hmmm.

ok, just a really short blog, since nothing much is happening in my life anyway. *off to drink bubbletea (^_^)*

jerry bruckheimer!

went to watch pirates of the carribean 2 yesterday. my review? its beyond GREAT! hehe. wouldnt say too much here since its spoilers. :) i love the way there's clues in the movie to show what's going to happen next. of course, u have to watch close enough to spot them. :) and the setting is great,clothes are great..and...johnny depp! his acting is excellent! and wait for part 3 so i can know what happened to him..hehe. and, i stayed long enough for the coda! :)

and i'm going to watch the lake house next! caucasian version of ee mare. romantic! hehe. and i think esther and i are addicted to those clamping games found at the arcade..hehe. its sooo fun! we tried, we failed. :(

hokkaido fair

went to the hokkaido fair again with esther yesterday. got ripped by the fair. (-__-) had ramen for lunch..quite ok but not really to the extend of heavenly~and the uncle who's sitting beside me commented that the soup base is ok but essences lies in the noodles. both esther and i went (O_o) upon hearing this. :D and one lesson learnt after our meal: DO NOT eat with OLs!!! how lame can they get!

we walked around the stalls trying a lot of food. :P but i'm kind of put up with those people pushing and pushing. is there a need for that? went home with a packet of salted popcorn and some sushi. tried the popcorn this morning...less salty than those at the cinemas...but after a while kind of disgusting. (-_-)

and...i tihnk i'm getting a carrier for lucky! so i can bring him out on public transport. hehe...cant wait for next tues where esther and i are going to watch pirates of the carribean 2! (^_^) at ps too so i can try the crepe there. hope its still around thou...kind of missing it after i had one made by my neighbourhood bubbletea shop...:)

feeling of spending...AGAIN! -_-

surfing thru yahoo auctions just now...ogling at dog supplies, especially dog clothes. oh my, saw a LV dog shirt, burberry dog shirt plus a mickey dog shirt thats JUZ SO SWEET! :) really, really feel like buying it for my boy..:) even though he has more than enough clothes to get by...and i've made a promise to myself to spend only $50/mth on him only. hehe. and not to mention they are cheap too. so what should i do??

and saw some really sweety dog clothes for gals..wish i have a female doggy too. :P so i could buy those adorable dresses plus pinko show bows. haha...yupz, there's a need to buy more latex bands, a CCS brush plus show bow for lucky. but it seems so hard to buy those rubber type band. and i don wish to use latex ones unless its a last resort. since latex 'eats' his fur more.

and yes, gotten some reflection: always treasure what is before you...very important!

back from shopping! (^_^)

i'm back from shopping! (^_^) walked around the whole mall till my legs feel like breaking...bought nothing much thou. just some undergarments plus a new pair of slippers! yippee! but i've forgotten to buy the cornice (or sth similar to this) from the body shop...and i guess i might be getting a pair of birkies after i get my next pay. (^_^) maybe not the real type..just one from c n k. hehe.

it was soooo crowded at the hokkaido food fair! hopefully the crowd will thin by wed. hehe. only managed to try the gelato ice cream. hehe. feel like trying the ramen but was too full and short of time. hehe. now i feel like going to hokkaido to see the sea of flowers! :) oh yes, there's a lucky draw at the food fair, maybe i could try my luck there?? hehe...

shopping later

sis attended a motivation camp over her june holidays and really came back motivated. haha. so as a reward, dad bought sis something yesterday. haha. i'm not complaining, since the 'reward' is being placed at our room, i get to used it too..hehe.

hokkaido fair at tm. passed by tm yesterday and the chef were preparing for the opening today. food looks realy tempting and yummy! (^_^) and some of them even took the effort to decorate their stalls to resemble those japanese roadside stalls. so nice! going to accompany sis to buy a book at tm later and i'm certainly going to check out the food fair! hehe...

sometimes i really cant believe the tolerance level of some people. honestly, i'm really pissed off. (-_-) i certainly would have rebuked... but on second thoughts, i'm in the wrong too. but that doesnt really means U are correct, OK? shooting your mouth off because i'm a young gal, right? situation certainly will be different if the person is a tall and well-built guy. IDIOT!

i'm really going to move someplace more dog tolerance in the near future...

disgusting people...

went swensens' for dinner yesterday nite...guess we're striking it off as one of our favourite eating places. it was like a marketplace instead of a restaurant yesterday! with babies brawling plus people talking at the top of their voices. -_- and dad wasnt exactly pleased with his seafood pasta, which took so long to arrive, the rest of us had already finished dinner.

remembered it was like this too at another buffet dinner we went during may. kids running around the restaurant, rolling around the ground with their SHOES OFF. and this restaurant was kind enough to have a kids room, which went barely noticed. -_- i wonder what's wrong with parents nowadays? cant they just control their kids? if not, best is they stay at home. that way they can roll and shout all they want.

its weird how the mind of some people think too... taking breeding of animals like a game. PLEASE, do research before breeding!
