oh, dramas...
life's been hectic and its been more than a month since i've last blogged! well, i did blogged 2 other entries earlier on but both were not completed. my thoughts just stopped flowing somehow and the feeling to 'write' down something was gone in the blink of an eye.
anyway, here's two storyline extracted from some of my favourite dramas to share:
Storyline no1 is set in the police station. The male lead was a policeman, CID to be specific. One who is rash and likes to act on his own. Definitely not a typical team player. He behaved very rashly once and hurt a teammate accidentally. His team leader had no choice but to refer him to the police's psychologist for an assessment. The psychologist is no other than the female lead. The male lead told her a big lie in explain of his eccentric behaviour to pass the assessment. By then, the psychologist find him an interesting guy and took a liking to him. The CID, still unable to forget his girlfriend who has left mysteriously, was unable to accept her. He got shocked when she confess her feelings to him when he met her on road as her car has broken down, and offered to give her a lift to the police station. Needless to say the both of them got together in the end.
Storyline no2 is set in the hospital. The male lead, a brain surgeon, was a busy man that he often forget to take his meals. This in turn made him suffered from gastric. The female lead, also a doctor, gave him a box full of tidits. She told him that he can eat the tidbits in between his surgeries so that he wouldnt have to go hungry. She even added that the box would magically re-filled itself when its finishing...
Ok, storyline no1 is from detective investigations files iv, starring louis koo and jessica hsuan while no2 is from healing hands, lawrence ng and ada choi.
i wonder if anyone do find these two storyline familiar. because one particular drama had conveniently copied the above storylines, thinking that no-one must remember where they are from since the two dramas are produced so long ago. unfortunately, I know...(-__-)plus, the drama was so crappy, i can only say that it was a really bad job done.
local dramas are just so crappy and shabbily produced anyway. those with slightly good plots are usually because they copied the stories from somewhere (usually TVB...). while those dramas featuring heartland stories are JUST PLAIN CRAP. they have no climax, very weak plot and WORSE..no storyline at all! the actors just get into places, shout here and there and thats a job completed. (-_-)
the actors themselves are so proud of the crap they've done. *duh* living in their small little world. if they were to compare, the best leading actors we've got here couldnt even compare with those small fry overseas. take note that the small fry i mentioned are those background actors you see usually in TVB dramas. they are just as great and they are the ones who add colors to the whole dramas. what they lack is only a chance to be discovered. if they were to come her to act in our dramas, i wouldnt be surprised they could surpass even our so-called 'big siser'.
our local dramas is such a disgrace that sometimes i wonder why they don consider fixing a plug and connecting us directly to hk,tw or perhaps jp. at least it saves them manpower and for once i can stop surviving on vcds.
the above is just MY personal view alone. please take it that you are reading crap then if you disagree.Labels: drama
